Can team members use it without training?
That is the goal. Team members get a lightweight mobile view with simple actions like Confirm and Can't make it.
What happens when someone cannot work a shift?
The shift moves to Pending Cover so the request, replacement status, and manager follow-up stay visible until cover is approved.
Are reminders included?

Can we import what we already have?
