No. CleanConfirm works after the schedule exists. Keep your current scheduler and add confirmations, reminders, cover requests, and change visibility.
02Can team members use it without training?+
That is the goal. Team members get a lightweight mobile view with simple actions like Confirm and Can't make it.
03What happens when someone cannot work a shift?+
The shift moves to Pending Cover so the request, replacement status, and manager follow-up stay visible until cover is approved.
04Are reminders included?+
Yes. CleanConfirm includes email reminders sent by owners or admins, notification send history, quota visibility, and manual resend controls when a failed or skipped attempt is eligible for retry.
05Can we import what we already have?+
Yes. Owners and admins can create shifts manually, import a CSV, and download blank or sample templates.
06How are plans measured?+
Plans are based on active admin and team member seats. The workspace owner is not counted.
