Shift timing

Include the date, start time, and end time.

Location

Use the client name or location needed to identify the shift.

State when the cleaner needs to reply.

How to respond

Ask for Confirmed, Cannot make it, or Need more information.

Sensitive access details

Keep the location and minimum access instructions separate from sensitive credentials.

Turn a clear reply into a visible shift status

After the schedule is created, use CleanConfirm to ask cleaners to confirm. Owners and admins can review who remains unconfirmed, send a manual email reminder, and handle a cannot-make-it response through the Cover workflow.
